Shipping/Handling

Domestic Shipping:

Most of our products are shipped via US Postal Priority Mail.  Priority mail takes approx. 2-3 days for delivery. 

We have and will continue to use FeDEx and UPS ground if it is more convenient for us. 

International Shipping:

We normally use US Postal International Priority.  Please keep in mind it still needs to go through your countries Customs.  Normal shipping is 6-10, depending on your customs. Shipping charges do NOT include any duties and taxes.  Therefore, the customer is  responsible for these charges.

On large(r) orders, we have used both FedEx and UPS to ship international.  Both of these carriers charge a "brokers" fee on top of duties and taxes.  Please contact us prior to ordering to for a quote on large orders.

On occassions, we have used a freighter and have crated the contents for ocean shipments.  This is very expensive and does require a large order.

Tracking Numbers:

Every effort is made to forward tracking no. to customers.  Because, there may be products shipped directly from the factory, the tracking no. may be a couple of days behind actual shipping.  We try to ship all products either same day or the following day, depending on when we receive the order.
